I was well taken care of by all staff. The only slight problem was I could not understand some of the nurses accents and also some of the equipment (like B.P. machines and blood sugar machines) did not work. Everything went smoothly.

Care was 5 star staff very friendly, helpful and professional, without delay when call bell pressed, for assistance.
Every equipment is regularly cleaned and patients are treated with respect and dignity. All in all I cannot fault the care given. :)

All the nursing staff and the consultants were reassuring, helpful and had great communication skills.
I always felt that they knew I was here and they explained everything to me at all stages.
